The Role

We are in need of adding multiple individuals to our growing Sales staff. Are you looking for a change of pace from the typical 'corporate' dealership? Relocating from the cities? We are looking to add individuals to the team who will be committed to ensuring our customers receive the best experience possible while in our dealership. It is not required to have prior automotive sales experience, all those who have prior sales experience are welcome to apply for this role.

Salary

$60,000 + per year. OTE for full year employees meeting performance expectations should be in the range of ~$80,000 for this position. Our top earners can go well over $100,000 per year.

Position Responsibilities and Duties:

• Greet and guide clients as they appear on the lot to proceed into the sales process.
• Engage in conversation with clients to fully understand their needs and manage expectations.
• Assist clients in identifying the right vehicle to fulfills their wants and needs.
• Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle expert. Know the in’s and the out’s of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies.
• Customize vehicle delivery while ensuring that the client understands the vehicle's operational feature.
• Follow up daily on all sales leads from a variety of sources using the dealership's Customer Relationship Management System (CRM).
• Initiate and cultivate enriching and long-lasting relationships with customers.
• Maintain strong knowledge base of all new vehicle makes and model.
• Bring your ‘A game’ along with a positive attitude to work with you every single day.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet customers and make them feel at home from the moment they arrive
• Listen to what customers are looking for and match them with the right vehicles
• Lead engaging test drives and walk customers through vehicle features and specs
• Build genuine rapport and answer questions with enthusiasm and honesty
• Smoothly hand off warm, excited customers to the sales manager when they’re ready to talk numbers

Qualifications

• Sales experience not required but preferred
• Natural ability to greet customers professionally and make them feel welcome
• Genuine interest in vehicles and working knowledge of automotive features and specs
• Consistent, professional demeanor in every customer interaction
• Reliable, coachable, and committed to following established processes
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Salary

• $3,500/month PLUS performance based bonuses!
